Our Mission
Bright Beginnings is dedicated to providing high-quality evidence based early childhood intervention and education, fostering the cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development of young children. Through compassionate support, innovative teaching practices, and strong partnerships with families and communities, we aim to empower every child to build the skills needed to achieve their brightest future.
Bright Beginnings Program Overview
Duration: 10-week program.
Session Structure:
- 50-minute face-to-face sessions.
- 25-minute indirect support (communication, documentation, and planning).
Facilitators: Delivered by an Allied Health Assistant (AHA) under the weekly supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OT) and a Key Worker.
Initial Consultation: 90-minute initial consultation and a 30-minute screener to begin the assessment process for future service provision.
Goal Setting: 30-minute goal-setting meetings at the start and end of the program.
Therapy Summary Reports: After each session, a Therapy Summary Report is completed and sent home to the family with strategies and activities to complement the program. The report includes:

- Screener assessment observation
- Progress towards goals
- Summary
- Recommendations and next steps
